We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Project Manager to join our team.
This fulltime, remote role is based in the USA, with the ability to travel as required.
The successful candidate will drive the rollout of the Amba platform and associated
devices, ensuring a seamless customer experience and effective collaboration with
internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning and Execution

Develop detailed project plans for the rollout of the Amba platform and associated devices.

Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as needed to meet objectives.
2. Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with partners, sales teams, and customer success managers to align project activities with customer requirements.

Act as the main point of contact for customers during the rollout process, ensuring open communication and addressing concerns.
3. Customer Engagement

Communicate with customers to gather critical information required for a seamless implementation.

Ensure customers are well prepared for platform adoption and device integration.
4. Stock and Supply Chain Coordination

Check stock availability of devices and other required resources to ensure timely delivery.

Collaborate with the supply chain team to manage inventory and avoid delays.
5. Risk Management and Escalation

Identify, assess, and manage project risks, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place.

Escalate issues to the Programme Director and other stakeholders as necessary.
6. Reporting and Documentation

Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to the Programme Director and other key stakeholders.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including risk logs, timelines, and customer records.
7. Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance project delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Essential
-
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in healthcare, technology, or a similar sector.

Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Knowledge of risk management principles and experience in issue escalation.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).

Ability to work remotely and travel as required.

Customer focused approach and attention to detail in a fast paced environment.
Desirable

Familiarity with health technology platforms or device rollouts.

Experience in stock management and supply chain coordination.

Project management certifications (e.g., PMP , PRINCE2).
